    Shipped from Venray, Netherlands. Delivery in 5–9 business days via Spring or UPS.

    Shipped from Brampton, Ontario. Delivery in 3–7 business days via Canada Post or other available couriers.

Important Notes

  • Accuracy of Shipping Address:
    Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your shipping details.   • Tracking Shipment Status:
    Once you receive a tracking number, it is your responsibility to monitor your shipment status. If you believe your order is delayed, contact us by clicking here or emailing support@pickasobow.com.

Order Delays and Replacements

In the rare event of unexpected delays:

  • Domestic Orders: If the tracking status has not been updated for 15 days, we will issue a replacement.
  • International Orders: If the tracking status has not been updated for 20 days, we will issue a replacement.

Examples:

  • An order shipped within the USA qualifies for replacement after 15 days.
  • An order shipped from the Netherlands to Germany qualifies for replacement after 20 days.

International Shipments

International orders may be subject to additional taxes, duties, or processing fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected upon delivery.
