Return Policy
You have 90 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
- Item must be in the same condition as received, fully functional and in good condition.
- Item must be in its original packaging with all accessories included.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Friendly Return Process
- Email us at support@pickasobow.com with your order number and reason for return.
- If eligible, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Ship your product within 5 days of receiving the return label. Refunds are processed once the return is received.
Shipping Label and Drop-off
The return label is provided free of charge, however, the package must be dropped off at one of the collection points of our local shipping partner in your country. Alternatively, in some countries, a home pickup service is available for an additional fee that varies by country and will be deducted from your refund. If you prefer the pickup option, please let us know by email.
Although our policy allows 90 days, we kindly ask that items be shipped back within 5 days after receiving the label.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
To reduce waste and extend product lifecycle, returned items may be sold as second-hand or donated to music charities. Items not suitable for resale will be disposed of responsibly, not sent to a landfill.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will work to resolve it quickly.
