Refund policy

📦 Extended 90-Day Return Policy
You have 90 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
This extended policy is valid until December 25th, after which it will return to the standard 60-day period.

Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it, fully functional and in good condition.

  • Be in its original packaging, including all accessories that came with it.

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.



Friendly Return Process

1️⃣ Email us at support@pickasobow.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

2️⃣ Once we receive your email, if your order is eligible, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

3️⃣ Please ship the product back within 5 days of receiving the return label. Once we receive your return, we will begin processing your refund.


Important Notes

📌 While our return policy allows up to 90 days, we kindly ask that items be shipped back within 5 days after receiving the label to ensure a smooth process.
📌 Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

🌎 ❤️ To help reduce waste and extend the product’s lifecycle, returned items will either be sold as second-hand or donated to charity and volunteer organizations that support music programs. If an item is no longer suitable for resale, we will ensure it is disposed of responsibly and not sent to a landfill.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
