Return & Refund Policy 

We want to provide the best customer service and we back that with our return & refund policy. If you are not pleased with your purchase from pickasobow.com, please contact us within 30 days since you purchased and we will give you a refund or replacement. 
Holidays note: Due to the holiday season We are extending our refund policy in extra 30 day, to 60 days instead of 30.  :-)


Easy 4 steps : 

1. Send us an email with the following details:
A. Your order number. 
B. The reason why you would like to return the bow. (Not mandatory) 
2. We will send you a return label (If possible) / our return address.

3. Send us your Pickaso bow in its original package with all items arrived with it.
If you are sending it with your own label, please send us the tracking number asap. 

4. Once the package arrived to our warehouse we will inspect it and send you the refund ASAP.
